Our task on Saturday was to remove trash from the abandoned camp sites. We bagged loads of trash, and pulled mattresses and sleeping bags out of the woods. We were not able to collect all of the trash, but we made a pretty good dent. We also brought donuts and coffee for the members of the community. We were able to have some great conversations, and my perspectives were broadened.
